Newmarket Store Business Manager
Work with us.We’re diversifying our business of fast-casual restaurants by opening (later this year) a new QSR store. As we expand our business with a new brand, we are looking for an experienced Store Business Manager to join our leadership team in order to run this new high-volume Central Auckland store.

You’ll be responsible for the commercial interests of the restaurant, take on full P&L accountability and be empowered to develop, implement and review action plans on a month-to-month basis that positively impacts profitability. What you’ll do:· Lead, motivate & encourage a team of 15-20 to consistently deliver a great, complete customer service experience · Perform monthly operations, safety and customer service audits· Engage in marketing & business development initiatives within the local community.

During the first 6 months of your employment, we’ll teach you all aspects of how we run our business and what makes us successful. Working through a development plan to ensure you have been verified to have the skills, experience & resources you’ll need to be successful.
